From our experience, we have found that the following menu selections are great party pleasers. Browse through the listings. If you want something different, give us a call. Picnic style plates and cutlery furnished with all of the suggested meals. Iced tea and Lemonade furnished upon request. We will try to make it your best party ever!!

FAJITA FIESTA

Moist beef and chicken fajita meat, Andouille smoked sausage served up with flour tortillas, Pico de gallo, Spanish rice and beans complimented with jalapenos, red salsa and corn chips.....9.50 per person.

BAR-B-QUE BLOWOUT

Our specialty! Fresh, moist sliced brisket, homemade smoked sausage and Cajun fried chicken. Plenty of cowboy beans, Cajun sausage rice and homemade potato salad top off this meal. Complimented with pickles, onions, jalapenos, bread and BBQ sauce..... 8.50 per person.

TEXAS CHUCKWAGON

Having a tender 16-ounce Ribeye steak grilled to your liking on site is most satisfying. To add to the meal garlic mashed potatoes, cowboy beans along with garden salad and garlic bread....13.95 per person

CAJUN GRAND SLAM

Your choice of Cajun fried catfish, shrimp or chicken breast PO’ Boy served with home fries. To complete this meal we have added a serving of Cajun chicken & andouille sausage style gumbo....10.95 per person

CATFISH CORRAL

Great tasting fried catfish spiced up with our secret Cajun spices and Cajun fried chicken served with fried new potatoes, spicy beans, jalapeno and onion hush puppies, and good fresh cole slaw....9.95 per person.  Who could ask for more? Okay, then add boiled shrimp (26/30)......5.00 per person

CRAWFISH BOIL CATERING

When you’re "CRAWFISH HUNGRY" Let us do your cookin’. No matter how large or small. We charge a flat rate per pound of crawfish and furnish all of the paper boats, paper towels and cocktail sauce needed to serve your guest.

  • 250 lbs. to 450 lbs..... 3.50 per pound cooked on site
  • 500 lbs. and up..... 2.99 per pound cooked on site

  • Boiled shrimp (tails only) 26-30 count usually about ....10.95 per pound
  • Cajun fried chickens injected with our own delicious spicy seasonings and deep fried.... 6.95 each
  • Cajun style homemade smoked sausage, goes great with crawfish, lobster or shrimp... 3.99 per pound
  • Cajun fried Alligator.....12.50 per pound (10 lb. Minimum)
These prices are good during peak crawfish season, which is usually early March thru June or July. There is sometimes a short season around November thru January depending on weather conditions. The price during the winter season can be much higher. Be sure to schedule your event as much in advance as possible as there are only so many available dates to go around during the season.
